On this episode of On Purpose, I sat down with Khloe Kardashian. Khloe is most well-known for her role on the reality television series Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

She shares the importance of taking responsibility for your pain, and the need to regularly self-reflect. Khloe reminds us that we should never invalidate other people's feelings, and how to rise above the negativity of social media.

I’ve met Khloe twice unexpectedly, once while working and once a night club and she was extremely kind both times. I’ll always have a spot for her.

“We think that if we’re successful in public, we will be happy in private. But it’s actually the other way around. When you’re happy in private, you will be successful in public.” – Jay Shetty

Wow, her perspective on the betrayal she's experienced is incredible. What she's saying is from next level consciousness. The ability to come from a place of forgiveness and understanding versus playing a victim takes a type of maturity that is hard to come by and extremely rare. Props to Khloe for being so evolved, truly. I'm impressed.

“No matter what your job is, it’s still a job.” People are out here working hard in every type of job and it’s important to acknowledge that.😊

People who have been through a lot of pain are truly the kindest. She’s been through a lot and she’s clearly been to therapy with the phrases she’s using. I hope she finds her happiness.

Khloe is literally GOALS! She is so wise beyond her years and the way she speaks she makes everything make sense. I see her healing but eventually share her gift with the world and I’m here for it 😊
  • I feel like in khloe past life she Could have been a journalist/writer, and I just love the positive energy from khloe.

The way Khloe articulates her words is inspiring. It’s so nice to see this side of Khloe. She needs her own talk show. Love her!!!

Having been a waitress/bartender for about 10 years, when I would have a table that was very kind and very polite and took the time to actually listen and remember when I said my name, I swear they made me feel so good and I would go so far beyond for them and made sure I gave them whatever they requested during the time they were sitting at my table. It wasn’t for the tips but just because their energy was inviting of my energy. Their positive energy was a great addition to my energy.

She is so sweet and she's so right. I served her before and I was in disbelief that she talked to me so much. She was genuinely kind. Her sisters were all polite and nice but koko stood out because of her kindness.

Khloe is a beautiful spirit. So therapeutic and uplifting just to hear her tone. So beautiful. So candid kind humble mindful and precious.

She is so articulate, wise and grounded yet lives in a world where it would be so easy to be the complete opposite. I love her approach to parenting, and how she has taken ownership over behaving in a way that will have such a positive impact on her daughter in her future. I hope she gets to have more children one day 😊
  • Her saying that she forgives tristian made me so mad and still does, but after listening to her and after recalling certain breakdowns and mental health talks I’ve had with myself the last couple of days I’m realizing now that the only reason I was so mad “for her” was because her situation is definitely one of my biggest fears and women in my life have always presented things to me in a way that made me feel like I have to “protect” myself from men. I say this to say that when she said people are negative on her IG or or even like negative comments (me, I’m sorry) it’s a reflection of their own insecurities and negative energy. So thank you Khloe and Jay for this interview it was very eye opening and enlightening🤎

This was a beautiful podcast . Let us be 5% kinder . Have gratitude, pray have compassion and empathy for others . Khloe cheering for you and your family .
  • I’ve always perceived Khloe to be, despite her family’s fame, truly genuine and kind. She has a heart of fire that is apparent in the way she loves her people. And I would imagine her pain runs parallel if not deeper. I loved listening to her experience and the mindset she’s chosen to stay in and live by. Truly inspiring to see someone who can have the rich and fame and still search for the true meaning of life through curiosity kindness and love. That’s a real queen.
  • Not really a fan of their family, so never really have tried to get to know them. I may have prejudiced them into this superficial image. But this was so refreshing! She is so articulate and wise with her words. Very calming to listen to as well. I hope people get to see more of this side of them 🤍
  • I pray people will focus on her message and not on her fame. Self reflection is a beautiful thing ❤️ Blessings to everyone here today 🙏🏼
  • She's is doing what her inner being wants. She is simply following her intuition. Love ❤❤and light to you mama bear🙏🥲 You are so wise.
  • Koko encourages, radiates and loves. And I feel it. Her words and wisdom are such a light and guidance and I feel God in her words and it will ENCOURAGE and light up the world as she speaks. She is in this position “of power” for a reason. And she’s in this position to transform, inspire and light up the world and it’s absolutely beautiful ❤️🌟🙏
