The game show "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" has been on air in Australia for 6 years straight at least.π½
By now Eddie had hosted Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, a news show, The Footy Show - even managed to snag hosting The Logies Awards!πΊ
He was the CEO of Channel 9 and president of Australia Football Team the Collingwood Magpies.
He was bloody everywhere!π
Oh and Tony Abbott was (back then), Australia's Minister For Health who had a man publicly claim to be his long lost affair baby, so the media was going crazy!!!
But a DNA test proved he was not Tony Abbott's son. The Minister For Health continued to progress in his career and:
FUN FACT: Around 8 years later Tony Abbott would become Australia's Prime Minister!
