There is a movie from my country called "De grønne slagtere" (The green butchers) Which has the same concept, they sell human meat and people love it. But later when they are close to be caught and find it hard to get any more human bodies to sell, it is revealed that it is not the meat people love, but the marinade they glace it with.

here in brazil this really heppened the case is called by Cannibals of Garanhuns But it wasn't accidental. a man, his wife and another woman, pretended they were going to hire a maid but in the interview they killed her and made coxinha to sell, many people consumed it without knowing coxinha is made of dough with chicken inside, so no one noticed until the investigation into the girl's disappearance found out what happened

My daughter also got a human tooth in her big Mac patty at maccas 15 years ago. I confronted the manager who shrugged his shoulders and started'they were allowed by law to have a percentage of foreign matter in their products'!!!!! I'm pretty sure human is not acceptable though.
