For the vampire one if people were confused: I’m mythology, a vampire can only come into house if you invite them in. So if you have a vampire problem you can just go to your house. An abandoned one is free for a vampire since there are no current occupiers of the house. If you run into an abandoned building during a vampire hunt, you are pretty much dead
