The bolt action pen from Tactile Turn is an exceptionally well-made pen that feels great and comes with a lifetime warranty. It does take some breaking-in, but the 'tactile' texture is well worth it.

  • I have used my Blackfield tactical pen holder with fisher and rite in the rain cartridges since 2015. Was 35€ and has been my favourite pen. I have the G10 TT on notify when in stock again, and gonna buy the TT icefall later this evening. Yes expensive but will last a lifetime

Sharpie now has gel ink line and has both plastic and metal pens it very comfortable and I was addicted G2s until these
  • @7omcruz
Use some locktight to prevent the bolt from loosening.
  • @13noman1
I've been intrigued by these for awhile, but honestly, I prefer the Ti Scribe (titanium). While not cheap, it's less than the tacticle turn offerings and I prefer their solid "bolt"
  • @SandTguy
Jake try using lock tight but make sure its the non-permanent one. So You can still remove it as You need to. Just my two cents.
  • @markbennett90
Yeah I wasn’t happy with the bolt getting loose, even when i applied loctite to it. I might try the side click pen
  • the only reason i bought it is to clicking it all day even on the lunchbreak. since then a couple of people have left the office.
  • Good review. I'm really not a fan of smooth finishes on a pen. But this one looks promising. With that texture, with what could we compare its roughness? Would you recommend it for people with sweaty hands?
  • @luceatlux
How is the clip attached? Can it be replaced when damaged?
  • Jake what is the refill that you use preferably? Can you do a link or just the brand and style? Does it write smoother than the standard G2 pilot
  • @waynehorne2734
Thanks Jake. Which style do you like better-the side click or the bolt action?
  • @JZETH_
I freaking love my pen. I opted for the bronze and it has such a sleek patina after only 2 weeks. It is a tad loud for the office, I definitely agree but overall it’s so good. I have a bunch of G2 pens(best ever lol) that I just cut to the right size for the Tactile Turn. Fantastic tool.
  • @breadyegg
You sound a lot like "The Wet Pen" guy. Freaked me out for a moment. I have the tactile turn side clicker. For my bolt action action i just ordered a couple of Bastion titanium in their sale
  • @trailladymtb7700
Can you do a review on the smoother, pro erasable action 🖊️ pen. It’s $16 USD for the budget minded who want the bolt action because I’m new with my Rocketbook and I thought it would be cool to have one.
  • @Evan-sb7lj
Have you tried using a dab of blue loctite on the bolt threads?
  • @tonayo27
Is that pen is a tactical pen for self defense?
  • @emmgeevideo
If clicking a pen is annoying in a "shared office environment", it's time to find a new job.
  • @19freak98
Actually titanium is not a hard material at all.
