Everyone is making rainbow OC's, so I thought why not make one of my own, her name is Rainbow Heart and she's Rainbow Dash's long lost sister. I had the inspiration to do this because I was reading Rocket to Insanity, looking at rainbow dash so much, made me want a rainbow OC too.
