Note: I'm starting to feel guilty about how many people are subbing to me based on this video, and so I'll be honest and admit I have no plans to upload more Transformers videos; the set of four TF vids this is a part of were just a one time thing. Probably would just be more video from my local town festivals, maybe some Let's Play type videos in the indeterminate future.

Actual video description: One of the online extras that was available with the Circuit City DVD release of the 2007 Transformers movie. This one is a behind-the-scenes look at some of the voice acting sessions. Features Peter Cullen, Charlie Adler, Hugo Weaving, Jess Harnell, and Darius McCrary.

Peter Cullen is the Robert Downey Jr. of the transformer’s franchise, he will always be Optimus Prime like Robert is for Tony Stark.

It’s kinda ironic that Bay says ‘I can’t imagine anyone else being Optimus’ since it actually took a lot of persuading from the fans and 3 auditions before Peter got the part. I’m very glad he did, it’s the only thing that makes Optimus in these movies an enjoyable character

When Peter Cullen began the iconic optimus prime speech at 2:19 i was shedding tears when he said "I witnessed their capacity for courage and though we are worlds apart like us there's more to them than meets the eye. I am Optimus Prime and i send this message to any surviving Autobots taking refuge among the stars we are here we are waiting" one of my favorite speeches that can make me shed a tear

Peter will always be Optimus Prime in my eyes forever, there is just something majestic about his voice that makes Prime this humble yet bad ass leader that if you were an Autobot, you would follow him to the scrap heap. Peter and Prime will be the legends that will live on and never fade.
