As he seeks to "shamelessly promote" his new movie "Fist Fight" (Feb 17), actor Charlie Day submits to the Sean Evans-led onslaught of hot wings and even hotter questions. Through the emotional highs and lows of Zombie Apocalypse and Mad Dog 357, the "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Star" weighs in on everything from Zac Efron's neighborliness, to the most iconic regional foods of Rhode Island. None of the other Sunny actors throw me off when being interviewed, but something about Charlie being articulate and normal just catches me off guard...every time.

"My teeth are hot." That's the most Charlie thing I've ever heard.

It’s always sunny in Philadelphia wouldn’t ever get cancelled... because of the implication
  • Mac: "How will you know how hot it is before you eat it?" Charlie: "I'll just count the Scovilles" Mac: "How the hell will you count Scovilles??" Charlie: "Uhh, I know how to count, dude"

I was gonna say get Kaitlin Olson on here but it'd be weird to see wings eaten by a giant bird.

"I am not a legend. I am a man who shamelessly ate a bunch of really hot, hot sauce to promote his movie." What a great quote

The Sunny fans are unreal with the inside jokes that no one would get if they didn't watch the show. I love it so much.
  • Charlie Day actually becomes more like his on camera persona the hotter the wings get.

Starting the conversation as Charlie Day, and ending being Charlie Kelly by the end. Well done.
  • It’s great to watch the Always Sunny podcast and hear Charlie say he was in a bad mood when he showed up to this interview and see it in his face at the beginning 😂😂

"yeah I'm just pretending to read" - best Charlie Kelly reference ever

At the end, Sean should've offered him an egg in this trying time. They missed this opportunity.

“I kinda secretly like this” “You want the bottle ?” “No”

The host is a really good interviewer. He connects well with the interviewee and has genuine interest in his guests. I'd hate to see a bad interviewer do this show.

This episode is a perfect example of a celebrity who thought this was just some PR stunt and gradually got more and more in to the show as it went. I really feel like Charlie left this show as a fan

I've never seen Sean so happy and giggly. He loves Charlie.
