Its not a visit to flex.. Its a visit to hide their ship away from Ukraine...:face-green-smiling::face-green-smiling::face-green-smiling::face-green-smiling:

They’re just sending those ships to Cuba to keep them safe from Ukrainian attacks. If anything it’s impressive they made it that far without breaking down.

Had to google the word "armada" to double check that I wasn't insane...nope I'm good, turns out it was CNN

A sub, a frigate, an oiler and a tugboat is not an armada 😂😂😂.
  • @canneddragoon
since when has 2 ships, a tug boat and a oil tanker ever been an "armada"?
  • @ShenandoahTim
That's the first time I've heard; One sub, one frigate, one tug, and one Oiler called an Armada.

You call that flexing muscle abroad??? It's more like embarrassing yourself abroad.
  • @jato62
Having a tug in tow isn't a flex.

Carrier Kuznetsov: I didn't choose the tug life, the tug life chose me.

Russia "Where are here! We are in your back yard, HAHAHA". US "Um, OK"
  • @deepsixman
It's not a massive display of force. It's a couple ships, but not a fleet.
  • Invested heavily in its navy ? They don’t even have an operational aircraft carrier.

Should read , "Russian Navy leaves Russia to save themselves from Ukraine "

FOUR ships is NOT an "armada." One of those ships is a tugboat btw. A TUGBOAT! Another is a type of fuel ship. Basically they brought gas with them to top up their ships fuel tanks.
  • The sailors on the small flotilla which visited Cuba were glad they were not in the Black Sea.
