Remnants of the squall line that went through with persistent +CG's from the anvil. This was awesome because 3 different lightning bolts struck the ground at once. (Far left is the +CG)

+CG's or Positive Cloud-to-Ground Lightning is 10+ times more powerful than ordinary Negative Cloud-to-Ground Lightning, and the thunder has that characteristic "mortar" sound which you hear at the end.

    Thunder from positive strikes always has that explosive sound and seems to go on forever.

    The intense bolt on the left was your downward +CG. The other two appear to be upward flashes from tall structures triggered by the +CG.
