  • Those flashing lights during this video are very disturbing to people with light sensitivity (like me). Please refrain from using them in future videos, as they cause physical pain.
  • No GRANOLA!....Most commercially packaged granola is loaded with SUGAR. Use ground flaxseed &/or nuts instead.
  • Hi! Dr. Li I'm 68 yrs old from the Philippines. I am following you on youtube recently because your topics are all very interesting and beneficial especially in this generation who loves to eat easy to prepare food. I really love the fruits, vegetables and nuts that you've been mentioning in your topics but the problem is those items are not grown in the philippines since we are in a tropical country. I will be happy if you can discuss what type of fruits, vegetables , nuts and berries we can eat other than what you usually mention in your topics. I'll be grateful to hear from you.

The contradictions on medicinal use of natural product is STUNNING> All these well established doctors and researchers say so many opposing things. It is IMPOSSIBLE to know who speaks truth anymore
  • Smoothing destroys te fiber in fruits and veggies. Thus, the smoothie might cause a glycemic spike due to fast absorption of the fructose in the fruits. Please eat a motejares portion of the whole fruit. Spinach is also rich in calcium oxalate and should be avoided by people that form calcium oxalate kidney stones. The way to neutralize the sodium oblates in spinach is to eat them together with cheese like in traditional Greece food. Note also that cooking/heating foods rich in vitamin C strongly reduces the vit. C content.
