I watched your videos on Benfotiamine last June 2023. Started off slowly and worked my way up to 1500 mg. That was the healing number for me. Divided morning and night along with magnesium Glycinate at night, my fibromyalgia went completely in remission by August. It would have gone away sooner but I went very slowly upping the amount. So I’ve been completely free of fm pain since last August. I’m 73 and have had fm for over 35 years. I will never stop this protocol because I know it works. So thankful that I came across your video. ❤
  • I have been in bed often on for years. But bedridden since June 2023. My daughter bought me your Thea Max, magnesium, B complex, etc. and I was out of bed yesterday for the very first time.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have CRPS/RSD, sympathetic, dystrophy, fibromyalgia, peripheral neuropathy , chronic constipation, 400, and 600 mg per day, insomnia MY LIFE IS CHANGED after taking just 3 to 4 days

When we say “reverse” it is temporary or lifelong? And for what period of time shall these supplements be taken? Or you should stay on them?
  • Easier with Krill oil with its phospholipids to coat the myelin sheath...
  • And make sure your b complex has b6 in the form of p5p and not pyridoxine. The later is toxic to the nervous system in some.
  • I wouldn't prescribe agmatine, as most fibromyalgia patients have low blood production and low blood pressure. Just to remember, if you have these symptoms.

First you need a radical fast. Reset the body, then this protocol would be appropriate. Absolutely no sugar or processed foods anything 🎉🎉🎉.

I am taking them but after a month taking them I had stomach pain. Do they cause such?

Is B Complex still recommended for those on a Carnivore Diet?

How about getting the bus vits from Fermented foods like kefir?
