Poetic that the team that brought home win 1000 was also the team that brought home a national championship!
  • As Bo , Mo and Lloyd would have said on the old Michigan Replay ," Exactly Jim, there's no question about it "! Go Blue!!!

Jim, I started watching Bo beat Ohio in 1969. I have been sold ever since all the up and down especially in the 2000's I needed this Win for my bucket list. I am 69 started watching in 69, this is just fab.

Why does it mean so much? I was Michigan fan being 20 minutes out of East Lansing growing up. Every year hoping this was the year. Only to be thankful, but not be satisfied. I’m always proud of the effort those young men put into “a game “. Now it’s my turn to be proud. The University of Michigan Are The National Champions Go Blue!!!

Team 144 one of the Greatest Football Teams in history. So proud of them. Go Blue for ever.
  • I think we wanted it so much because of the kids on the team. Some of them put off the league to shoot for this and we wanted it for them. Corum and his devotion the community. These kids are lovable, and you could see what they meant to each other, and what Michigan meant to them. As I told my wife before the title game - I know that I don't need this win, but damn, I want it for the kids. Go Blue!

Jim, all of us miss you broadcasting Michigan football games. Inside Michigan football just isn't the same without you as well. I can only imagine how amazing it would've been, if Jim and Dan called the Championship game? I guess we'll never know. Hail to the victors!

Truer words were never more spoken GO BLUE FOREVER
  • This was one of the best moments in my life don't get me wrong I loved the 97 team but this team was really something else the way they came together and won the championships it was just something else these guys loved each other and it was amazing to see all I wanted was one more championship run I have a very bad heart I've had 6 heart attacks my first one was at the Toledo game in 08 then 2 in 09 then had a bypass in 2012 before that I went to the MSU game with my son and ran on to the field and that was amazing then went to the hospital had a emergency cath on that Tues then by Thursday had my triple bypass and watched them on sat I was in and out of it and then we went through all of those losses to Ohio I never thought I would see us beat them again but then Harbaugh got this recruiting class and we started winning then beat Ohio 3 years in a row that was amazing then we beat bama and i started to think we could win this whole thing and then we did I love this team so much thank you Harbaugh and everyone one the team for all the hard work you put in

As always, it is great hearing Jim. I am glad that he could enjoy the year as a superfan and Michigan man. I grew up enjoying his commentary as a kid, and I still appreciate it as an adult.
  • i'm a UGA fan, but i do believe that Michigan was the best team this year.

Love ya Brandy! You have communicated exactly how so many truly faithful fans feel. However for me, and other believers, knowing that this year's roster produced 70 baptisms.... WOW! God is good! 〽️ Go Blue!
