This build is amazing. It’s so grungy and familiar, but you know there’s always delectable food there. The cook’s name has to be Carl… He chain smokes on his break and he’s been there since the day it opened. Carl knows you by name and he gives you free pancakes on your birthday even though it’s not allowed.

I looooove how the shape of the bathroom turned out!! And the little useless spaces because of the curved wall, like the pipe area in the bathroom. The only thing I would have wanted would have been an exterior door in the kitchen for taking out trash.

I love the added touch of the random teddy bear chilling out by the prep station vents. As someone who has worked in commercial kitchens, this is a very real thing we do. Random stuffies become our kitchen mascots. Love the details 🙂
