Ciem: Ash Cloud: The Making of the Forfica Mk I Suit for Lee Loo La's 34th Birthday

This video was originally made for Lee Loo La's 34th birthday, when she got an extra-special present. She portrayed Candi Flippo-McArthur on the Dozerfleet Database from 2015 until August of 2019, using an image of a Variega series Ciem suit from "Sodality" essentially spray-painted on her scantily-cladden figure from way back when.

For her birthday in 2019, she received something other than a birthday suit to wear: an actual Ciem costume! It was quite a challenge figuring out how to translate the pattern from a Sims 4 bitmap to real clothing. And while the results aren't 1:1 perfect replication, they're a good start.

The project took five months and around $350 to put together. From planning, to supplies, to mailing. But it was a worthwhile challenge, to see even an imperfect version of Candi's Ciem suit of the Forfica series become a reality. More details available on the Dozerfleet Database.
