Enabling crazy people for drip its something link does a lot in this game

I kid you not Penn, he turned himself into a Blupee. Funniest shit I've ever seen.
  • @BonesAlexander
I've just finished this recently and I'm starting to sense a bit of a theme going on in this game about swallowing something and losing yourself in the process which is both interesting and heartbreaking.
  • I actually think this is a very happy ending even if it wasn’t the best ending. Perhaps after generations worth of absorbing magical power, he may become a true lord. Let’s face it, these brothers do not see things the way average humans do. They are becoming beasts as a desirable thing. For now, he’s closer to his dreams.

I wonder if it's like draconification, where you lose all your memory and yourself...
  • @TurKlack
This is both wholesome and surprisingly sad.

Beard bear: helps koltin become a satori Also beardbear: shoots him with arrows for money

Something has gone horribly wrong if kilton seems like the reasonable one in a situation.
  • His brother took that REALLY well... I would have been like, "WHAT!? So he wasn't just crazy? He actually did it?!"
  • @raikouija663
It’s actually sad tbh, he wanted to become like Satoru Iwata-san, immortalized forever as a horse god. In the end he became a Blupee and possibly lost his higher intelligence, becoming an animal, but not the animal he wanted. It’s heartbreaking how misinformed he was.

Are we just gonna ignore the fact that he killed a thunder gleeok and just gave you the remains
  • @silverflight01
He dreamed of becoming a Satori, but in the end, he only became a Blupee. If there is a silver lining, Blupees do live with the Satori according to BOTW, so at least Koltin gets to vibe with one.

I would like for there to be a rare chance for a Blupee to spawn near Kilton- Maybe only on full moons or something. Would be sad, but really cute-
  • @SRWOtaku
Kilton's cloth for the Glider, is actually rather nice looking.
  • @TheMysticalFox
I'm really really happy for him. Dude was cursed to look and sound LIKE THAT, I'm not surprised h wanted to be a cute and magical creature with a simple life. I was so worried this quest line would just be one big troll, but they actually gave him true happiness. Awesome.
  • @Kerosiin
I think people in the comments are more sad for kilton than they are themselves. He just kind of says “oh, he did it? That’s nice. I’ll move the stall I suppose. K bye”
  • @memeation316
-Koltin begs for more after receiving them -The more you give him, the more desperate he becomes to have more -He has to give up everything he has to obtain them until he has nothing left -The description of bubbul gems say "It's glow entices you to collect more" (just looking at it makes link want more) -You obtain bubbul gems in caves (a place where no one goes makes it a place for dealing) -Koltin gave up everything he had and left his family behind just to get bubbul gems Is link a dr@g dealer in totk

Btw Satori is a Japanese Buddhist term for awakening, "comprehension; understanding". In the Zen Buddhist tradition, satori refers to a deep experience of kenshō, "seeing into one's true nature". Ken means "seeing," shō means "nature" or "essence". Basically, the differences between “to know” and “to understand” become nonexistent as you reach enlightenment.
  • @HRR-
I wish I had known this before I got all the Bubbul gems, but the Satori can actually help you find missing gems (or at least missing caves) If you place fruit on an altar underneath a cherry blossom tree (like the one on Satori Mountain), the Satori will appear and summon glowing beacons that will mark the locations of caves for a limited time.
