Just look for GMO free or Organic Soy, problem solved
  • This is the first video that wasn't a bunch of opinions! Also, the difference between Whole Soy foods and Isolates was very helpful. Thanks

The main problem with the information he's giving is that all of the soy that they eat in Japan is fermented (Natto). That's where the benefits come from because it's loaded with K2. Unfermented doesn't have the same benefits. And you'd want to make sure it's Non-GMO. I don't think they allow Monsanto to corrupt their plants in Japan, but I could be wrong.

Thank you for presenting many views along with your findings...you have a Great method of conversant disarming of alarms toward research - thereby balancing fact and opinion so a person can glean, read, and apply for their particular circumstances. Your consistent approach helps build trust and confidence.

Soy in Japan at the time of finding these health benefits was fermented NOT genetically modified. Today most of the soy in circulation is genetically modified. So how it reacts with your body is very different.
  • Sir Thank you for your advice. What is the limit of soy we can eat in one day?
