I love the song give me a sign, it's a tune I play in my heart. Ive had problems with my confidence and self image and this song speaks to to that issue. I've completed a eight week group therapy program at Bellaire behavioral hospital and I met so many wonderful people. The patients and staff was so helpful. David helped me to battle negative cognitive distortions, and restore my confidence. This music helped awaken my shadow self and give her music to sing. Breaking Benjamin is now my favorite band and I think they're still relevant today, by helping the broken and hurt. Thank you for posting this playlist.

Thanks for this playlist, I swear when I listen to these lyrics it's like the words hit home right in my life, its almost like the singer had had similar issues as I have had, I literally have a song for each my mother, my father and my brother, my brother being the only one left alive, we both lost our parents very young and breaking Benjamin has had a profound impact on how I view life and the deeper aspects of how the world should be perceived, a beautiful lyricist and wonderful voice to the singer. And as a guitar player and bassist I love the riffs ànd can't forget the drummer, just amazing all around

i love all of there songs so many memories my fav song is for shure anthem of the angels that song allways hits me hard reminds me of my mom who died of brain and liver cancer was in a coma and i had no idea my family did not even tell me i was away from home and they did not even let me go to her funeral
