At 6 am, we went down to the parking garage and accidentally met her. My family's dog discovered her first and led us close to her. She seems quite friendly and sociable with our little friend. The fur on her body was long and covered in dirt, her body was a bit thin and her face looked quite tired. Although very sociable with our little friend, it is the opposite with us. She seemed quite timid and wary when she saw us approaching, tears rolling down her eyes. She bowed sincerely and asked us for some food...

On this channel, they keep on "accidentally" meeting puppies who do not have big problems. And they rescue them! I believe they are the ones who place the puppies where they can "accidentally" meet them.
