Thank you for the video. Mine is doing the same thing intermittently but where it won’t go into high gear. My only question is why did you cut out so many of the steps it would’ve been nice to see the whole process other than that great video just wish I could’ve seen more so I can figure out if it’s something that I want to tackle or not.

0. Take Your Time, Removing The Bar Over Top Plate Makes A Big Big Diffy, Makes The Job Supa Easy Breezy 5/8hr job, 1. Use Metal Polish!/OXI Cleaner!, Let Set For 30min, U Need 2 Remove Rusts Carefully (By Hand & Cloth Only), 2. Then Reclean Surfaces With Gear Oil!/Trans Oil or DOT3 (By Hand & Cloth Only), 3. Finally Then Clean Surfaces Well By Hand With Clean Cloths, 4. Last Apply New Parts & Silicone!. Note: U Haft 2 Go Underneath Truck or U Just Got Skillz But Top Plate Bar, Screws A Lil Tricky 2 Reach & May Be Old & Seized Up!... WD-40.... 1" Torque Rench, Impact Gun & or Ratchet Wrench, I Have All & It Can Be Done👍.. Easy Peasy....

How did you get around the big metal frame bracket over the front of the transmission

I have the same issue with my 2011 Cascadia on my truck the top plate won’t come out from the floor like your on your Columbia..It will have to be pull from the bottom..Any recommendations??
