I must have watched 10 to 15 other youtube roku videos review and literally none of the other guys ever did this , So frustrating... they do review but not this in app search. .... I am only getting this roku for the in app voice searching. ..

Can you change the channel for a specific channel without having to go through the whole list of channels one by one?

I purchased the latest Roku Voice Remote Pro and returned it. I don’t know if that is the one you have or another version. I like that it had the voice capability, didn’t need batteries(it charges), and the headphone jack. However, it could not control the volume on my sound bar, only tv volume. I don’t use my tv speakers. The original Roku remote that came with the tv can control the soundbar volume as well as cable and firestick remotes.

Ok this seems dumb to ask but can I ask for a specific cable channel within Live TV, ie, would I say, Launch Live TV channel 9 or what specifically would I say??? Thanks. Very good video!!

when I pressed the mic button, it didn't pop up the "lisenting" but went straight to streaming channels

u the only dude who made video what im looking for. 👍 But i need to know if i say "CNN" will it open it in whatever app i have it in or will i have to say "open sling tv" then once open then if i say "CNN" it opens or whats the way to do this? Is it two step or one step? I really want it to just be one step , but dont know if its possible. ✌️

How about channel as in channel 6 or channel 750 and so on (theres no numbers on remote )and moving up and down click by click takes forever ...

I just got this and I'm concerned about the charging process. The booklet says that the little green light on the remote will stop blinking once it is fully charged. However, I left it charging overnight and the light is still blinking! And it only blinks if I prompt it by unplugging it and then plugging it back to the charger. Does that sound familiar? Thanks.

If I buy the Roku voice remote (I'm dying to buy it, I can't handle manual searches!) is it compatible with my 2018 TCL Roku? I can't seem to find any info on that? Thanks!

How do you get back to regular tv?

You should have gotten the new Roku voice remote pro. It has the ability to turn your tv on using your voice. As long as your within 12 ft of the remote you could also control the voice features by saying, Hey Roku turn the tv on. It's also rechargeable too.

well i am android/Google user & have Utube TV also ..changed my Roku to Chromecast TV & then figured out how to expended the storage & be a developer to download a lots APPS from another resources in it too .. Roku is good got it when i cut the cord 5 years ago , BUT is old fashion, same f*n interface for over a decade now, same ole paste over & over, just blah , u have to go to this APP & that APP , said goodbye to that since NOV, when NEW Google Chromecast TV released & lovin it, got GREAT feathers , i know u trying to advertise this things like usual get some money out of it ,good for u, I would NEVER good back to my Grandparents style Roku devices, might works for people over 55 , ROKU is played out!

it took me 2 days to get that annoying narrator voice on hbo/max and Disney plus omg it was so annoying and I finally got it to stop and its in the settings. when you are watching a movie or series hit the star key on the remote a slide screen with show and scroll down to accessibility and click on lang and you need to choose English land non descriptive and then it will stop. it took me days to figure this out and now its off. omg it was annoying!!
