Just watched this to get up to speed on this remote zi bought for my wife's birthday today. She has always had a problem aiming the original remote on our TCL Roku TV and getting frustrated😊 Thanks for your time putting this together! Would love a follow up with any new tips/tricks you've learned if you actually use it daily.👍

I received the o.s 13 update on my tcl roku 43 and 50 inch 4 series tv's this morning. I'm able to launch 2 aps that I can choose from the rocket button now on the roku pro2 remote. the only feature that doesn't seem to be there is the bluetooth options. guess that's only for the roku pro, plus, and select brand of tv's. other than that, everything else is the same.

may not be seeing those options because we haven't recieved the latest roku os 13 software update yet on the roku tv's or streaming sticks and boxes. should be rolling it as of now and over the next few weeks. even though the new roku pro tv's alrady have it on there's. yep. still enjoy the remote though.

have you been able to assign 2 aps to the roket shorcut button? roku says we can on this new remote. haven't been able to do it so far. plus I'm not seeing the bluetooth setting in the menu, that we're also supposed to b be able to choose i when we press the rocket button. is it the same for you when you try? thanks.

Hi. Please help me. I had a 10+ yo Panasonic that died. Sure wish I still had it. It...& the Xfinity remote...was SO SIMPLE TO OPERATE. When my TV died, someone suggested an ONN Roku TV. So I bought one. So far, I despise it! Remote that came w/ it didn't have voice control. Due to health issues, I must have v. control, so ordered a Roku Voice Remote Pro. No matter what I do, I can't get the battery cover off (it does not have the '3 ridges' or lines) to do anything suggested to me online that has to do w/ getting under the battery cover. I've done what I thought was "pair' the remote like, about 10 different times...but my voice commands are not working. Zilch, nada, nothing. It DID work for 5 minutes yesterday, one time when I asked it to go to YT & a certain channel on there, but not since. I have CRIED TEARS, I'm so frustrated!! I'm 70 with zero tech knowledge. I've been trying to get this dadgum thing to work for days & hours now. It's all very, VERY frustrating & makes me just wanna donate this 1 to a nursing home or wherever & buy a Panasonic or another brand. I detest both the Roku TV & the "2nd edition' 'voice' remote. I have read articles & watched YT videos about this remote, all to no avail.
