    My major goal is to drink more water too (I drink a glass of lemon water every morning and 8 glasses throughout the day) but I’ve never tried drinking hot water, definitely on my to do list now! Thanks for another informative video☺️💚
  • My 10 daily habits 1. Read 50 pages a day 2. Wake up before 6:00 3. Study 4h a day 4. Skin care day and night 5. No phone for the first 30 min after I wake up 6, workout 4x a week 7. Journaling 8. Sleep at least 7:30h a day 9. Praying 10. One healthy meal a day (being intentional about my meals)
