  • After almost 2 decades of yoga practice and all sorts of HIIT, Pilates, etc, I have recently fallen in love with qigong. I could not be happier.
  • If you want to stop smoking, try qigong for about a month before going cold turkey. Someone suggested me the same and its been working. Was smoker for about 8 years and today its my 16th day of not smoking. Thank you Mr. Holden for bringing the biggest positive change in my life.
  • I agree. I'm so thrilled to find this Lee Holden 20 minute morning Qi Gong exercise on YouTube. My old DVDs from eight years ago won't play in my computer's DVD player anymore. This is a real gift!
  • I have only recently discovered qi gong and it has helped me so much. I decided a while ago to abandon taking medication and I have found this to be just as effective. I love the energetic feeling I get, and I haven't felt like this in years. I would urge anyone with chronic illness or otherwise to give it a try, its truly amazing.

    Qi gong is one of the only things of many many therapies and practices I've tried that has dramatically healed my chronic fatigue. I've begun to practice this everyday and now I can get up when I want to, my thinking and memory are improving and my sense of inner balance. This is meditation! I'm still fairly young but have this chronic illness and am so glad to get better. Now I can effectively help other people :)

I even have a few of Lee's dvds but there's something just so convenient about playing it on your phone of computer from youtube. that means wherever u are you can do the qi gong.
