I've been eating natto for years and really enjoy it, there's some in the fridge right now. It's usually in the frozen food section in Asian stores. One day I will culture it myself but for now it's just easier to go down to the Asian Mart and pop it in my cart. It's a healthy snack that hits the spot, the quickest way for me to eat it is on a corn tortilla with a bit of kimchi. Learned some things about it from your video that I didn't know before, thank you! My contribution to the Natto knowledge bank is that the same bacteria that creates natto, is being used commercially for generating hyaluronic acid. Thanks for another wonderful informative video! 🌱

I eat my Natto with a bowl of steaming white rice but add an avocado and fresh garlic or onion as well as soy and some times kimchi! I order mine fresh from New York and the fresh beans smell slightly of roasted coffee beans.

Love Natto! I eat it with soft cooked eggs, shoyu, spring onion and white onion on top of rice. Love it 😊

I’m low on iron. Natto smells like fermented coffee beans. It’s an acquired taste but I find adding mustard and hot sauce helps a lot. I freeze it and put about three containers out in the refrigerator and eat them.

Natto is a great source of vitamin K2, the nattokinase enzyme and excellent source of potassium, all of these are hard to come by in other foods. Natto tastes awful, but I eat it out of freezer frozen, wash it down with water or juice, that is the easiest method for me.

Been eating Natto for over 20 years. Best diet dietary choice I’ve ever made! After accommodating the mouth feel, I’ve come to love it! I even crave it! Love it with kimchi, even tried it with sauerkraut. It actually helps my blood pressure stay in healthy range!
