There are literally hundreds of denominations of Christians out there, all claiming to teach on the authority of Christ. It's absolutely ridiculous. So how does the Catholic Church think that what it is doing is any different? Simple: Apostolic Succession.

  • This priest demonstrates that it's possible to educate without insulting or demeaning other faiths. Deo gratias...
  • I have found myself drawing ever closer to Catholicism and have made the decision that Yes I wish to be Catholic and im grateful for finding this channel. God bless everyone

I began at the Catholic Church last year - becoming a full member this Easter vigil. This channel was HUGELY beneficial in helping me on my journey. I felt at home immediately my first mass. I found christ by this great and beautiful church.
  • Born and raised Catholic I am Italian live in Aitralia .Blessed . Be God forever Ame ❤️

As a non Catholic seeing him nerd out on succession was actually pretty cool. Like someone getting excited about filling in a family tree going back generations.

My wife is an avid genealogist and has found that almost all of the genealogical records disappear around 1600 to 1500 too.
  • As a protestant I love watching your videos. Catholicism always felt weird to me. I guess my feeling was always that the catholic church was lost in tradition to a point were scripture became secondary. Your videos really help me see how this perspective is not true and what importance the tradition itself holds. Personally I love the simplicity of protestantism. Here is the scripture, here is a church building. Just sitting in a big empty room with nothing but an altar, a cross and the word of God. However orthodox churches and catholic churches emit an ancient, golden (litterally, lol) warmth which I guess is kind of symbolic for them. I guess as a Protestant we sometimes forget the importance of tradition
  • I am from India and I really like your presentation regarding Catholic practice.
  • @pompom-yr3sx
i was a raised catholic and quartine made me mentally ill and while i was mentally ill i was lied to about the catholic church and believed them i was influenced during a time when i was weak a year later i am proud to admit that i am back to a mentally stable place and am proud to be considered a catholic again

I'm a Catholic from Africa, God bless you for making videos like this.
  • Consistency and strong core beliefs is what attracted me to Catholicism. My gosh, 19 different Baptists faiths? There is a church for everything out there but the Catholic Church has been around since Jesus' time and I really like the way this guy explains everything!

Both the oldest churches, the Orthodox Church, and the Catholic Church, believes in Marian devotion, praying to saints, real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist, Apostolic succession(ik SOME Protestant denominations too believe in Apostolic succession), etc.. So it's just ridiculous to say that Catholic and Orthodox churches aren't Christian. I hate it when so many people teach that these stuffs are unbiblical
  • So blessed to be found by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ , words can’t describe it ! From Islam to Protestant to the one holy apostolic Catholic faith/Church. JMJ
  • Amen. Beautiful presentation. Two years ago I was part of the Protestant Church. Today I am living the most peaceful and amazing experience in all my life.

Jesus said no man come to the father, but through me. And he is the only one that can forgive our sins.
  • Thank you Father for giving me the answer I have always looked for. I am a catholic, the only one in my family, for the rest of the members of my family turned to another church, I remained constant in my belief of our catholic church and will remain till the day I die.
  • @kali8085
I’m not a catholic, but I agree with everything that was said in this video. At the heart of the matter, our love for Christ unities us all, more than the issues that divide us. Perhaps these turbulent times will bring us all closer together.
  • @Tinker46
This young Priest Is a treasure to the Catholic Church. Fair and balanced to all faiths. “Blessed be God forever” 💗
  • As a protestant I just want to thank you for your closing points. I'm tired of the division as well. I see Catholics and Orthodox as my brothers in Christ and I see so much goodness in Catholicism. I still have my issues, and it's going to take a lot for all protestants to be rallied together to have a discussion with the Catholic Church. But if that's not something to pray for I don't know what is!
