  • Just discovered Dr William Li and am very tickled with my discovery. Last August after my doctor said I’d not have to worry about retirement if I didn’t lose weight, and change my diet, I took action. She wanted to put me on a statin med as I was basically an animated stick of butter with hair on top. Lipid panel was out of range BMI confirmed what I looked like: A fluffy little senior lady. So I changed lifestyle and diet to nearly vegan, sugar free and very low fat. I love continuing education of healthy eating and life choices. I happen to really enjoy the foods mentioned in this post. Ok, not the fermented stuff. My health has really improved and I’d love to have a new career in my retirement years s a health educator…Blue Zone style.

    Here in Brazil, where beans are a staple food, what families usually do is cook beans in a pressure cooker and leave it unseasoned in the refrigerator. Then, when it's close to lunch or dinner time, the person cooking will sauté some onion, garlic and whatever else you might want to put in your beans, cook it for a few minutes, adjust seasoning, and you'll have fresh tasting beans (Brazilian style) in just a few minutes. Since Brazilians eat beans every day, it won't be sitting for too long in the refrigerator.
  • Peace and greetings Dr. William Li . So far you're the best MD 👌. Am retired Nurse class 77' from Philippines 🇵🇭 and worked here Saudi Arabia since 1980. So I experienced the best of both worlds. In general where our dietary regimen is more of Mideteranean . Lots of fruits vegetables ,legumes ,all kinds of nuts , coffee and tea lovers since alcohol is strictly prohibited , tobacco as well. It's not all about food. Connecting to the Divine Creator, constantly seeking forgiveness and express gratitude for all the bountiful blessings 🙌 which is of our existence primarily is tantamount to spiritual upliftmen thereby your taking care of your body and the soul. Asking the Divine Creator who created the heavens, earth ,everything in between including the whole universe ✨️ will ultimately lead you to life filled with happiness and stress free life.. You deserve a lifetime award in the highest level for guiding humanity in a positive approach toxic free body Am spreading and sharing your God given talent to all esp. to friends with in ongling cancer . Btw stage 1 till stage 4 cancer has the same manifestations and treatable. No animal protein in your diet just plant base fresh produce will definitely eliminate those nasty cancer cells. The darker color, bitter, sour and pungent foods would do a great deal of terminating cancer calls life. If you're on a chemotherapy follow it religiously cause we have only one precious life Almighty God glory to be give us so it is everyone's responsibility to take care of your health.. HEALTH IS THE NATIONS WEALTH ... PEACE ✌️ ☮️ 🕊

  • Thank you Dr li I have found it very difficult to loose weight i am young 60 year old ,I found you on you tube I folowed your advice I found doing the stopping eating after 7 30 or 8 in the evening eating again at 12 noon bowl of stawberries kiwi Black currents cherries and an Apple The evening meal salad with Good Quality Olive oil Dijon mustard ,Apple cider ,littlle maple syrup ,Delicious
