  • My heaviest I was 324 pounds. I have made it down to 185; but now I’m having a baby 😆. It’s okay. I know what to do:)
  • I’m currently on my weight loss journey and this time I am 100% focused. Started 3 weeks ago and I am 9lb down, 25 to go 🎉
  • You’re so real for telling all of the tough stages you went through with yo yo dieting and binging. Not many people are willing to share that, but it is so helpful to the people who truly struggle to see that they aren’t alone and it is possible to change. Love this video 💕
  • I love how you are not concerned about "looking good" but more so for Health...it's very inspirational. Thank you!

You are amazing the way you talked about your journey it felt like a friend talking to a friend. So proud of you you gave so much motivation 😊
  • 7:07 this is so important. Everyone needs to find their way. They can have some inspiration but they need to find out what they like and what works for them.

  • I can relate. I spent a year inGermany and I lost weight. I think part of it was walking and taking the transit system everywhere, but the food was so wholesome and good.
  • You literally described my life..when it comes to weight..Always the heavy the one amongst my friends. After kids, I started working out became a gym rat..healthy eating. Was always asked are you trainer? Then menopause hit..struggling to get motivated and balance hormones. This video is just what I needed..thank you.

Thank you for sharing your experience also in english!!!! I started to be inspired by you but often found german contents. I'm happy you are extending your public to strangers 😊 even if I'm not an english native speaker, I can understand your words and actually I feel a lot in common with your first stages. I'm still looking for my own lifestyle. My relationship with food takes away a big part of my mental energies and time... struggling in finding a routine... but I'm working on it and found your video really helpful. Thank you so much!!!!!
  • You are so pretty! Blonde hair with brown eyes has always been a beautiful combo to me.
  • 100% agree, it has to be a lifestyle to sustain. Great video 👍🏽🙏
  • Hundred percent agree with you. Your journey seems to be normal. Thanks for your sharing ❤
  • If you’re a parent reading this, and think the solution to your child’s weight issues will be for you to tell them you worry and that they need to find a way to lose the weight, then you are so off and will often time make the issue worse. Also know that eating disorders are about the emotions and an inability for the person to regulate their emotions. The food is their addiction and very rewardng and numbs their emotions. How you treat your child during their upbringing is key to avod them struggling with their weight. This is a psychological issue, not a food issue (the food and weight are symptoms of psychological issues)...hence why nutrition and physical activity knowledge and seeing a dietician are things that don’t work longterm, due to the core issues were not dealt with! Asking your child about their emotions, listening to them talk about their experiences and not emotionally neglect them are ways to avoid these issues. This didn’t psychologically happen over night, it’s years in the making! / Uni. psycholgy student

  • 8:44 I think it’s also important to set goals, but small ones. Baby steps to get to the bigger goals.
