    I think your channel is a necessity. People give me a hard time for being a vegetarian. Each time I feel bad or ill, they connect it to my diet. And since I am new to it, it’s easy to give in. All the information and healthy recipes are much appreciated.

  • As a recovering anorexic I got so happy to hear this. There’s actually an eating disorder called orthorexia where you get obsessed with eating ONLY healthy things, and it ends being unhealthy (probably since so many things are said to be unhealthy thse days) and I wouldn’t be surprised if I had some of that.. Thank you Sadia for bringing this up (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong)
