Craig... Thanks for the Update and coverage of the SE Cape Jaycee Park. Improvement and Development is a good thing for Jaycee Park... No local Resident will disagree with this. Destroying the Decades long Natural Environment with " Commercial Boardwalks" is negligent. Destroying the Australian Pines is wrong. You too seem hesitant whether or not DESTROYING these Natural Trees (NOT Invasive) is the right move? Thank you for bringing this important SE Cape Coral Landmark into focus.

Visited Rusty's and Rumrunners this past weekend during a visit. Both are great and unique in their own way.

Cape Coral, SE, Palaco Grande is the best neighborhood. Only one way in and out, quite, and some of the widest and deepest canals in Cape Coral.

I just moved to the SE Cape. Great neighborhood (Palm Tree Blvd). Old house and they recently changed the the flood zone which has made the insurance ridiculous. Not sure I will stay long term. Cape Coral taxes are stupid high as well.

Loved the video and all the knowledge shared about the areas. Especially the last part about safety very good to know. I live out here in AZ and definitely need a change from dry to wet and lots of my research was for Cape Coral. Trying to decide NE and or upper SE either waterfront or parks with ramps and away from flood zones. Thanks for sharing.

My Dad and I built a house there in 1979. We knew Mr. Rosen the developer because of his connection to Brooklyn, He built his house next door. Mom and Dad passed a couple of years ago 91 & 92 years old. Sold it in November 2023. This was a wonderful place in the 80's and early 90's.Too $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Now. Reply
