I want to share something with you Linkin park, because I have wanted to tell you guys this for the longest time. You guys got me through my worst times. You saved my life, I thought nobody would ever understand what I was feeling until I heard the lyrics to every song you wrote. You guys mean the world to me, and I spent the past seven years blasting your music in my ears because it’s the only thing that makes me feel okay. I am so happy to hear some new songs, and to hear Chester again, it means the world to me, you guys mean the world to me. And I cannot even begin to express this enough. I grew up in a really bad situation, I was abused by many people, and I was put into foster care when I was five, and been through over 13 foster homes, and had two failed adoptions, because after I was adopted by those people they ended up abusing me, so I emancipated out of foster care as soon as I turned 18 and I have been financially struggling, starving, and been behind in my rent 1200 dollars. But you pushed me through it. Because even when I thought I was alone I remembered that I’m not, and I listened to your music and it made me feel okay, and I cannot even begin to thank you enough for the help you have given me. I know you guys don’t know me but I wanted you to know this, I know every single one of your songs that has been released and although I only just turned 20 and I haven’t been alive as long as you have Been producing music I want you to know that is how much you mean to me. I love you guys so much with my whole heart, you guys are wonderful, and so is your music.

Mike singing in this era is so interesting. I always thought it was just something they first gave a go during Minutes to Midnight.

I never doubted mike to carry an entire track ever since. The man actually had an amazing vocals. Linkinpark will live on!

Honestly, while there's no replacing Chester, there's still a way forward through Mike and the band still being together. This song is a testament to that with how they're still able to share their vision with the rest of us.

Lincoln Park saved my life. My mother killed herself when I was 16. "Leave out all the rest" is the reason I'm still breathing. Being able to show my children, more LP they haven't heard before is EVERYTHING. Heavy is my oldest son's favorite song. When Chester died, we hugged, and cried, just sobbing. For our legend. You are loved and so very missed Sir. No one will ever do it like LP 🙏

People seriously forget how talented Mike as a vocalist. He absolutely nailed it this song! Pretty good stuff!

Thanks for pulling me through my darkest times and RIP Chester. Much love to you all.

How could this not be released...

It’s a tragedy this never made the cut for an album. This is a 10 outta 10 LP record for me.
