My lovely wife passed away suddenly yesterday morning last night I couldn't sleep so I jumped in my truck to go let off some steam plugged my phone in and opened YouTube and this was the first song that was on suggestions. This is not my type of music but for some reason it fits how I feel right now and I've been playing it on repeat. We have three daughters a son and eight grandchildren and I've played it for our kids and they love it it fits what we are all feeling/going through

My 16 year old daughter is suffering with bad thoughts and I'm lost to helping her. I love her so dearly. I shared this song just now with her hoping she understands she's not alone. I'm here for her. Life is so fucking hard these days for so many. Please say a prayer for Hannah ❤

July 2022 my son got lost in the dark and never found the light I thought was on. He was a 27 yr young USMC Veteran and such a sweet, kind, and loving person. This song is helping me in the healing process. It never gets easier when you loose anyone to the darkness. I just want to stop crying and feeling guilty. After finding out my husband of 14 yrs has a girlfriend then kicking him out I got really low, felt so alone and lost which was a feeling I had never felt..I came across this song and played it over and over bc it reminded me there is always light out there. My situation is proof that even the strongest of people can sometimes feel hopeless..music has always been medicine for me but this song saved my life. ❤️

I’m the mom of a 22 year old son who has paranoid schizophrenia and an 18 year old son with bipolar II disorder. Currently my 18 year old is very depressed and his therapist has told me to keep my eyes on him. It’s songs like this that keep me going and give me the strength to help my sons. The words are beautiful and inspiring.
