good video! For anybody wanting to take a break with running due to injury I heavily recommend recreational biking. As a runner myself during my off season my coach tells me to go for bike rides. Biking is a good cardio exercise that doesn't create trauma on the ankles , knees and hips unlike long distance running and sprinting. Its low-impact and fun!
