My dudes.......just be the best you that you can be; get in shape, clean up, be respectful to others, don't simp, and the right girl for you will be attracted to you! Other than that, don't be afraid to take risks, fail, and be rejected! Learn and grow!

Don't worry guys. No need to become overly self concious. This is something women are and they want men to be as well. Stay strong, strive for balance and find inner peace.

I go in authentic. Doesn't always work but when it does it's real. I find most women appreciate someone comfortable with themselves. It helps them get comfortable too. If it's a no then a future of living a lie was avoided and each of you are afforded the opportunity to find someone closer to the mark. Even if you lose, you win.

This is great. So many times people give the useless "just be confident" speech, whereas you actually tell guys specifically what to do to improve. That is what we want: instructions, not coddling!

Best remark made in this video,.... “ some girls aren’t going to like you, some are” ... SPOT ON!
  • @rohitrnaidu
I love how Courtney tells it like it is. No sugar coating. Sometimes that's the way it needs to be said. Thank you 🙏🏽

Life hack: let women see you with another pretty woman. They don’t know you’re in the friend zone 😉 women are competitive

Congratulations Courtney and another great video. I’ve watched you for sometime and I’m so impressed how much you have improved. I’m 65 years of age and married for 42 years. Yes I look after myself and in great health but it’s amazing all the things that you have to say to men today that back in the 70s in the 80s most of us men took for granted and knew the right way keep up the good work.
  • I fully concur. Had this routine from the time entering in the military and throughout life and becoming to this good age of 69 still doing this routine. Thank you, for this sitrep.

Having been decluttering, redecorating, and cleaning my home the last several weeks, I can say it makes a huge difference just for oneself. I view myself as classy but playful and having a cluttered living space just didn't reflect who I am. And even if other people watching don't have the same self-image, I don't think anyone watching your videos on how to improve their fashion and style considers being a slob who they really are inside. It's also just a lot nicer to come home to a place that's tidy and well kept and once you do the initial rigorous cleaning/organizing, it's a lot less effort to maintain it.

You’re a good speaker and it’s very professional. It’s clear, concise and goes straight to the point. Thank you helping us out woman.
  • This video actually makes so much sense and is exactly what Ive needed

  • Women: Do you prefer blondes, brunettes, redheads, black girls, Asians, Latin, mixed? Me: Yes.

On the topic of cracked hands and not liking the oily feel: I have 2 viable options. Option 1 is coconut oil cremes,, because they spread well and it doesn't have that lingering oily feel. You will smell like coconut (duh), so keep that in mind. Option 2 is O'Keefes working hands creme, because it dries a bit quicker than that coconut oil creme, but it's scentless and costs a bit more.
  • Being socially awkward is a huge struggle for me! Especially in the gym. I always say I am a better “second impression” person lol once you get to know me I can crack anyone up and carry a good conversation. My dad and my brother are the same. We just make friends wherever we go. BUT in the gym I think it’s because it’s such a charged atmosphere. I’m in good shape and it’s still a strange place because of all the mirrors, testosterone and hater stares dudes give one another. Talk about lions on the savanna trying to compete. But for anyone socially awkward, just keep your confidence up and try to make eye contact with people and show you are sure of yourself. Most people will look away or smile back. Anyone else get gym anxiety?
