BUILDING and PROGRAMMING my own FNAF Arcade Game!!!

It’s crazy, you went from plush and toy reviews, making costumes at a pro level, to game design. That’s talent.

I like to think that in like 70 years this arcade cabinet will end up at some thrift shop, and someone will buy it but not be able to find record of its creation, and kickstart their very own real life creepy pasta.

2 years to create a game, a game cabinet, custom art, all by yourself (mainly) is incredible Also your brother is so rad and I appreciate him helping you

As someone who has done game coding (using unity) and has a parent whose career is coding this video made me emotional. I never realized how much you can truly connect with people through the shared experience of coding being the worst (but also great).

Andie went from unsure, to confident, to burnt out, to 'I will do what I want to do', and the relief of finishing it. Congrats, Andie.

Congratulations! You’re a game developer now. I’m going on year three of my own project (with RPG Maker no less) and I completely understand the burnout and admire the way you kept going.

Ngl, I feel like a dumb dumb rn. I saw this video only recently pop up, and yet despite me being very fascinated by arcade games and watching others make games, I somehow didn’t want to watch. I thought it was just going to be another YTuber who was putting something out there that wasn’t worth my time. Boy was I wrong. This whole video reminded me of why I love watching people make games, learning about old things that I never got to experience, and just watching something big go through so much passion and process. It got me excited to try and make my own little game in the future when I have everything figured out, plus have the tools I necessarily need. This was really fun to watch, and you are SUCH a champ pushing through and getting it done. This was a really big inspiration, and I’m glad you’re proud of it in the end.

Fun Fact: Back in FNAF 1, Scott wasn't sure if 4/20 mode was even possible and so he was surprised that someone managed to beat it to where he updated the game to give a third star. Shows that even though it may seem impossible, anything is possible. All of this just to say take everything I say with a grain of salt

For future reference, you can hook up the buttons on an arcade machine control panel to a keyboard, so you don’t need controller support.

A FNAF related arcade game sounds awesome, I wish there was an official one that was released in actual arcades

hi Andie!! i have been a fan of you since i was 8 and i am now 12! you are such a inspiration to me and i love all of your work!. When i used to do art i would give up after trying and trying again and it would not work. Now because of you my mindset has changed! whenever i do art now and i feel like giving up i think "what would Andie do?" and i keep trying until i'm successful. seeing this video that u did 10 months ago inspires me so much!! i'm currently making a project!. a FNaF room the size of a room from a dollhouse but with a stage and custom made FNaF action figures inside. i am determined into making it work and i will not give up. i spend up to a hour a day working on it and the rest either watching your channel or anime. you have had a huge impact on my life and i am so thankfull for you. you have changed me as a person and my emotions! once agein i love all of your work and i hope you keep it up. This was an amazing endeavor of yours, and I speak for everyone when I say that we are all both grateful for your marvelous creation, and amazed that you were able to make this with no prior knowledge of the process of creating a game! I don’t think I would be able to pull that off, since I don’t have the knowledge to create a game, or create an arcade cabinet by myself. We ate all impressed by your final product, and we value your existence! :)
