  • If you ever listen to anything while reading comments, let it be this - go to borlest and read the book whispers of manifestation, then come back and thank me
  • It took a German mystic to bridge the gap between modern-day problems coupled with meditation to make sense of it all for me. Thank you for bringing more peace to this dark and fallen world🙏.
  • All i know is that I don't believe everything i think, and I think less and less the more I listen to Eckhart! My days are much more enjoyable and stress free for the part! Breathing intentionally but without thought other than observation of the breath...its a beautiful thing! 💓🙏🏼❤️
  • As someone that has suffered nasal polyps that prevent nasal breathing I can report nasal breathing is needed for calming your systems and also assists good digestion, BUT I can also report to NOT focus on breathing…. “Notice” breathing and return to calming breath through meditation but REMEMBER breathing is subconsciously actioned, to become TOO focused on breathing can ALSO create anxiety and worry…. “let it be” notice where you are in moments and just return to good breathing by relaxing shoulders and defocusing ✨ * ALWAYS breathe in through nose fill belly, diaphragm breathing gets forgotten in stress, it gets up in our shoulders…relax, fill belly, exhale through pursed lips… as said let it be, you’ll recover automatically 🙏🏻

The breath is something you can always anchor to when you need to come back home.
  • What a beautiful coincidence!✨ I always come home in the evening feeling surreally tired🤣 even on holidays because in fact I never stop. Unfortunately I can't do anything about it, this my karma😰😁.Two evenings ago I didn't even have the strength to eat dinner I only did it because I had to. I didn't even have the strength to do my daily yoga session which I almost never skip. So I went to bed and thought "NOW I'll concentrate on my breathing" and so it was. I felt the rhythm of my heart and the rhythm of my breathing my body lighten little by little... Suddenly a thought/vision crossed me: ALL the creatures in the world from the smallest bacterium to the biggest man in the world breathe, we are all united by this silent rhythm that binds us to organic life. This must be the undulating rhythm of the Universe ❤and the Universal Consciusness must be a gigantic heart❤ Then I fell asleep...✨ I find wonderful that all of us are united by the rhythm of our hearts and our breathing. I don't know what happened❤✨ but the next morning I was so rested and felt as good as I had ever felt....❤️ So grateful 💓🙏✨✨✨✨✨🌺
  • I am a Woman from the Netherlands (Europe) and I follow Eckhart Tolle since 2003. Thank you Eckhart Toll. Thanks for your wisdom.
  • This is not just about breath, it starts from breath, but it is much much more profound.
  • Breath awareness connects you with your inner being. You become more alive, more present, here and now, we start to live in the lap of vast intelligence, you can call it as inner intelligence. The result is consciousness and spaciousness.

Life begins with a breath and ends with a breath.
  • The breath of the Universe gives rise to the divine presence within us and to all other life forms. Thanks Eckhart.
  • Breathe in God’s breath and exhale God’s breath 💫💛 for the whole planet . Our breath and our heartbeat is Divine
  • That’s how I’ve always been able to invite in, and find the presence! It was through my breath and feeling the aliveness in my body. It’s exactly what Eckhart is talking about here! Also, most recently I have had experiences where I can feel the presence outside of my body surrounding the area I’m sitting in like he discusses here! It’s very recent, like I said but amazing, and that presence is still the same I’m feeling inside my body. Thank you, Eckhart for your precious teachings! This just validates to me that we are all one with everyone and everything. 🙏 ❤

Brilliant explanation for innermost knowledge. Often easier said than done. Aware of the awareness in presence. A practice of presence. “The aliveness that pervades the inner body” Ralph Emerson quote “We live in the lap of intelligence” Consciousness without content so all that remains is the space
  • This is what Subhash patri founder of pyramid spiritual societies has worked his life for,he was constantly saying watch your breath, that's the best form of Meditation. He has been my teacher and he was the one who introduced Eckhart tolle to me, after reading his books my life changed
