I'm 52yrs old & from Florida, this band's has been the soundtrack of my life. I had to travel a lot to see them on 9 different tours including in 2007 at the House of Blues in New Orleans, this was thier first time there since Hurricane Katrina in 2005. New Orleans is Sinking was extra special that night!

I play the drums for a Band in Seattle. gORD. When I heard Up to Here, The Hip took over my #1 spot surpassing ac/dc. I am now 50+. Our band, gORD, only plays Hip songs. For me, Gord Downey will forever define the title "Rock Star". The choice to thank his fans with their final tour is truly legendary. May he forever enjoy the Grace of Heaven. "What's next to the moon...? ROCKSTARS"! - ac/dc

  • Jesus blessed this band and God gave them the tools..to make damn sure they made us feel and be happy with what was meant to be heard.. God bless
  • I am also from the states. I was living in Bangor Maine when Road Apples came out. They were playing 3 Pistols on the local station. I was instantly in love with them went out the next day and got "Up To Here" Had to wait for "Road Apples" for 2 more days. It wasn't in the record stores yet. Had the amazing privilege of seeing them in Columbus Ohio in 2002. They are, for me, one of the greatest bands in history. From any country. Long live Gord and The Hip!!

I love watching this it brings me back to really good times in my life. I grew up on these guys living just across the border in VT. Some of the best shows where at the memorial Auditorium in Burlington. Gord just had a presence about him. Amazing band!
