Sad that someone on these comments would shame her for losing weight using intuitive eating. Eating when your hungry and stopping when your full and not freaking out about foods is about having peace with food. And when you do that alot of people will release excess weight. Those who have starved themselves will likely gain weight. Others may gain then lose. Others may not release any weight. When we put shame on people for having fat on their bodies OR for losing it when they are at peace with food, it is a sad day. It means we cannot accept anything different from ourselves. I applaud this woman for finding a path to peace. But I also applaud those who have chosen a different path in their pursuit. Let's just give people space to be, and explore and grow and change

The fact that she can seemingly easily honestly talk about her past relationship with food is amazing. ❤ so proud

Love seeing someone losing using intuitive eating and exercise to feel stronger. Very inspiring to cut the chains of dieting mentality.

Love this story. Good to know we don’t need exercise to lose weight but to stay strong. My exercise is walking but I enjoy it - that’s important. You are inspirational.

You are beautiful and thank you for this share.

Very inspirational. Love the question, if it’s not about the food, what is it?

The basis may sound like a weightloss story. She talked about seeing her journey about going up and down until it settled. A realistic story about her journey. My question is how long was journey to her ideal weight for her body, to give perspective this is a long journey. I have a friend on her second year after bariatric surgery at a loss off 150 lbs with 50 to go. It took her a year to be qualified for surgery. So she is into her journey 2 1/2 years at this point with a 150 lb loss.

Love her ❤
