A compilation video clickbaiting ADHDers with a tendency to procrastinate? Oh SciShow, you know me so well. <3

Of course that burnout isn't considered a problem in the USA... labour rights and worker wellbeing hasn't been a high priority there... which is actually kinda funny, because even if you have a hypercapitalist perspective on this, happy and healthy workers who are being paid enough are way more productive in what they do...

And here I was thinking this would be about how to make my procrastinating functional ...

watching the original videos helped me make more sense of my productivity,. i need like 2 weeks of doing nothing and then I'll do six weeks worth of work in a weekend. it's like at a certain point it's more about just being patient with yourself on a regular basis

I really enjoy these compilations for when I need a break or want something to listen to/watch while eating.

This video is aimed at people who are the exact opposite of me, a master procrastinator.

Oh okay, so instead of burning out on doing 0% of my uni work I should take a step back from it, yayyy!
  • I've read that multitasking/task switching or frequent distractions at work may also contribute to the feeling of burnout.

Finally! All the years of practicing my procrastination skills pay off!

Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop to look around once in a while you could miss it.

Staff burnout is a common cause of good employees quitting jobs they actually cared about. Why does it happen? Because companies get too comfy with some employees doing most of the work and letting the slackers get away with it. That kind of workload and lack of appreciation can take a toll on your mental health. We know exactly what and why it happens. We just pretend to not so we can make excuses about not making sure people have living wages and job security. Those same companies are the ones that have you come in sick, by the way, for fear of losing your job.
