  • Things are definitely changing. Silver will be important no matter what happens.

Things are just gonna keep getting more and more turbulent.

HOAs will increase, property taxes and homeowners' insurance will increase. You never own your home, it owns you. There are the high costs of maintenance and repairs. In my opinion, a home is never a good investment.

wages crash while prices skyrocket. Only corporations can buy. I make 100k gross have no debt and I can’t afford a home. Homelessness starts by missing a paycheck _ AI is taking the job sector like a storm _ homelessness is to become the single biggest growing community second to none

Those Pandas are smart investments as they are all very limited in quantity every year. The design also changes making them more valuable.

Sounds like 2005 2006 all over again on steroids

Another great job ! I have a suggestion whether you use it or not is completely up to you. In the beginning of your videos “ and your going to love what I have to say” The older version was clever “ Your going to LIKE what I have to say. It reminds people to hit the like button. Just an idea , it’s kind of asking to hit like without asking. Still LIKING the videos, later gator

I bought a few of those 2015 Pandas when they were released and later noticed the weight and purity were not on the coin. I had never seen that before and other than Eagles I'm not sure I have seen that since. Now I know it was the transition year to the different weight but it's still unusual to have not specified the coin's contents.
