I think my favorite thing about Greek Mythology is that all the other gods and goddesses are causing mayhem and being stupid while Hades just chills in the underworld with his wife (who he actually loves and is loyal too) because he’s tired of all the other gods’ crap. 😂😂😂

I love how midway he just starts roasting literally every other major faction in the game. He tells Palutena that her idealistic optimism isn’t saving the world, isn’t keeping him from taking over and isn’t stopping the endless slaughter Viridi that her absolute hatred and constant campaign to slaughter humanity and let nature take over is just feeding into Hades’ army, giving him more and more soldiers and making him more and more powerful. Medusa that she’s nothing but a puppet, nothing but a false queen who needs to know her place. She’s no more important than Thanatos, than the Great Reaper, than Twinbellows, than The Guardian The Aurum that their invasion is nothing but a distraction. They want to invade? Hades is ready and willing to take them on and fight them off like it’s nothing but pest control. The Chaos Kin that it getting loose and running rampant through the world, sowing chaos, only proves to further his plans and design.

Hilarious. Manipulative. Psychotic. Powerful. Extravagant. Brilliant voice. Awesome Theme. Hades in my book has everything needed to make the perfect villain. My favourite villain in my favourite video game of all time. Also I just noticed at 3:16 he gets closer to the screen in time with the music.
