Goodfellas was such a remarkable film at being brilliantly hilarious and absolutely shocking & scary at the same time. The way Jimmy’s rage builds up is so damn funny along with Carbone’s unintelligible Italian all while knowing a lot of these characters are about to be murdered in a brutal way. I’ve never seen a movie like this. Pure masterpiece

The beginning of this scene makes me feel happy. Christmas parties for my family used to be like that, renting out a club/ballroom and everyone was happy and excited for christmas. Now people passed away, money issues, shattered relationships, grew older. Its not the same.

It's honestly the funniest scene in the movie. Every little thing piling on top of Jimmy, spoiling his mood little by little, all the little quips, Tommy's girl and her friend: "he's so jealous, If I even look at anyone else he'll kill me" "That's great"

I cant believe Ray is no more. Each time I watch these scenes, I cannot believe this is just acting. These guys just slayed in their roles.
