What an amazing transformation! Good for you, and thanks for sharing this. Before I was 136kg now I’m 84kg and have been struggling to loose that little extra weight. My goal is 54-56kg

I don’t think changing diet is a must , whatever you’re eating just reduces the amount , do intermittent fasting and drink plenty of water along with your regular exercises. Once you change your diet you’ll loose weight no doubt but sooner or later you’ll want to eat what you love eating and not just boiled , raw food which might led you to gain all the weight you’ve lost.

If someone does shopping and cooking then you can have all sorts of beautiful diets and money also matters. When you do the basics of shopping and cooking then no need of diet. Walk or take bus don’t use car.
