Loyalist Wordbearers really are a rare Pokemon... Definitely adds some nice contrast to the usual moustache twirling villains we are used to. If you want to support the channel then subscribe or join the Patreon here : www.patreon.com/majorkill

Anchorite soloing the wordbearers then just returning to his cell after is just gold
-
Cool Video Majorkill, now do Alpha Legion lore drunk or Lil Timmy's gonna get resurrected by Slaanesh.
-
Loyalist Wordbearer Dreadnaught: Let me die. Ultramarine: No. Dreadnaught: Then at least give me parchment so this cult seems semi competent. Ultramarine: Sure thing. Frak Lorgar.

Anchorite gets the "Rylanor Lifetime Achievement Award" for his esteemed work in raising a big mechanical middle finger to his traitor genefather.
-
I hate that the word bearers have such a dope design but are massive ballsacks.
-
Loyalist Word Bearer's geneseed chapter being descendants of Anchorite would be cool...
-
Forgot to mention the coolest bit of lore about the Anchorite. While crushing the Word Bearers, his faith and devotion manifested as a blinding golden light that blinded and stunned every traitor. The loyalists who witnessed it claimed that in the golden light, he had the visage of the Emperor himself where his head was, speaking the ancient words.

If precedent is anything to go by, both will get stabbed by Erebus and die unceremoniously.

Loyal Word Bearers - Jahovah's Witnesses of the Imperium. Except they don't bother knocking on your door.
-
I really hope the Anchorite will return. I was floored by his first appearence, and Guilliman slowly embracing the idea that Big E. might have become a legit god would fit so well with the loyalist Word Bearers concept. 😎

Imagine being a loyalist word bearer who fought for the emperor, believed in the emperor despite it all. And was sent to a random sector of the galaxy, and then left to the devices of the war. A chapter of ‘ultramarines’ or others. Then they see the imperium become a religious state for the imperium. Imagine the absolute vindication.

My homebrew chapter are loyalist Word Bearers that survived the purges but got lost in the warp for the Heresy. Love the concept of Loyalist WB.
-
Me: consider headcannons Red Scorpions as loyalist Word Bearers
-
It's strange to have some of the genuinely coolest space marines come from one of the least cool traitor legions. Nice video!
-
Also notable that the most likeable Word Bearer was Argel Tal who was one of the few chaos corrupted Word Bearers with an actual heart.
-
The irony that Logar and the Archorite wrote most the scripture that the Imperial Cult uses is just too delicious. It has to really upset Logar knowing it and probably would bother the Emperor as well.
-
Gotta say that one thing I can never disagree with Majorkill on is how fucking awesome Loyalists from Traitor Legions are
-
The anchorite... how ever you spell it sounds dope af. I love dreadnoughts, and the story of this one being called on and reluctantly going into battle is just super epic.
-
I would love to see a word bearer successor chapter led by the Anchorite.
