Important to note: B1 increases demand for B2, but adding B2 may not do anything if there is an underlying iodine, selenium, and/or molybdenum deficiency. As most are iodine deficient and unaware of it, adding iodine-iodide such as Iodoral can be extremely helpful. Very important to check into this, as iodine (as well as selenium and molybdenum) is necessary to activate B2. A B1 therapy "crash" can be avoided or fixed by having enough of these other important cofactors.

EONutrition I just want to say thank you for spreading this information. Life has change ever since I supplementing B1. My POTS brought on by COVID and ADHD symptoms has improved dramatically. No more chronic fatigue, brain fog, my memory is amazing now. I never had a good memory before. I’m considering coming off my ADHD medication. Also my heart rate is normal some days without medication, its been less than a month btw. I’m not lying when I say this is most energetic and happy ever felt. Thank you once again 🙌🏾

  • Dude you are awesome! I love how transparent you are. And you are not shoving supplements at us or anything. I’m a new supporter & look forward to trying these things out :)
  • Yes. This is exactly what I'm interested in. You're both a scholar and badass. Thank you.

I have just purchased your supplements , and hope my improvements continue . I had had some real benefits just using 3 b complex tablets daily . It's been decades since i had energy at night and didn't feel like i was burning up / temp wise . I had had the heat issue explained as energy bit being correctly produced . And now it's all starting to work i believe , hence why I've purchased your b vitamins from your site in support of you . Fantastic work , advice and knowledge . Thankyou ever so much Elliott 👍😀💯

Great great Video, very concise and gives me the confidence to try your protocol - I have just ordered your product on the back of it. I Recently went carnivore and saw some improvement but then after 1 week many of my symptoms worsened (muscle/joint pain, digestion) which after watching your videos I understand as oxolate dumping. Following you then led me to your all your detailed Thiamine information and my symptoms fit that, I have been chronically constipated for decades and have used enemas to manage it. Fibromyalgia symptoms have worsened since having the flu/covid several months ago. Many symptoms fit your B1 description, looking forward to trying it!

This video changed my life. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I started taking Benfotiamine this week after watching this video and it fixed symptoms that years of taking thyroid medication and consulting endocrinologist after endocrinologist didn’t address. Thank you!

You're The Man mate! Three weeks into a mix of thiamine nitrate (500mg daily) and benfotiamine (600mg daily) the numbness, pins and needles and stabbing pains in my toes mainly has stopped, ceased, gone away! In a world of shamless greed, your selfless sharing of your knowledge is a blessing. I wish you every success in the marketing of your own products where even there your promotion of same is understated. You're an unusual legend.

This man channel is very informative and powerful.
  • I've been doing this to combat long covid induced Parkinson's and I'll confirm that symptoms get worse for a few weeks before it gets better, I better slowly

OMG! I just found this channel and started looking into it recently. I had what I could only imagine was fibromyalgia (never DX) but had pain EVERYWHERE didn't even want to wake up and get out of bed most days, and had brain fog and fatigue. Started eating No Sugar No Grain and taking the recommended brand B vitamin (thiamine), magnesium-threonate, and normal vitamin D and most of the pain went away. Went from a constant 7-8/10 to an intermittent 2-3/10, disk issues are there but don't prevent me from living. Now I feel like I'm in my 20's. There are channels that are good and then there are channels that are a public service, this is the latter. This is the place to start for those who are looking for answers and don't want to get caught in the prescription drug cycle!

I like how you confidently plug your company but also give credit to your competition. It shows that you are confident your stuff is better/worth it.

It is because of your information I found in 2021, I started to take B1...I believe along with omegas, increasing red meat, try to reduce stress and homeopathy my health "feeling" has improved in digesting carbs better. Sally Norton and you also opened my eyes to oxalates which I cut out of my diet by 80%! What an improvement. Thank you so much.
